Paulette Hall, elder sister of Mark Duggan, lived through the riots which shook Broadwater Farm, Tottenham, in 1985 when Cynthia Jarret died after police searched her house. 26 years later she bore witness to the UK’s most violent rioting for decades, again starting in Broadwater Farm and preceded by the police killing of her brother. This film explores the estate’s cyclical history.
